Shuttle To Apex Ski Resort

We will be staying in Penticton in January and would like to ski for one day. We will need to find a shuttle up to Apex ski resort. Can you tell us what's available?

The Tim Horton's Snow Bus, offers scheduled bus shuttle transportation service from Penticton to Apex in the winter months. The bus service will begins mid December and runs through most of March.

The bus picks up at three locations in the city of Penticton:

1. Penticton Tim Hortons on Westminster Ave at 8:08 am.

2. Penticton Tim Hortons on Skaha Lake Rd (picks up just north of the Tim Hortons in the parking lot in front of the Sears Store) at 8:22 am.

3. Penticton Snow Mountain Market at Super Save Gas (intersection of Green Mountain Road and the Channel Parkway) at 8:30 am.

The bus arrives at the Apex Mountain Resort parking lot at 9:15am and departs from the Apex Mountain Resort parking lot at 3:30pm to return to Penticton.

The bus is available Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays (Excluding Christmas Day), and offers extended service over the Christmas holiday season.

A single round trip costs $18.00, while a one way trip is $11.00 (taxes included).

Alternatively, you can book a shuttle through Ambrosia Tours, a local company, for shuttle service during the week and when the Tim Horton's Snow Bus isn't running. Transfers must be booked in advance. Phone: 250-492-1095 for details on prices.
